AZUVI RECEIVES THE AWARD FOR BEST STAND AT CERSAIE 2023

The ADI Booth Design Awards are judged by a top-class panel of judges.

The Home of Ceramics” has been carefully crafted in every detail to create an elegant atmosphere that immerses the visitor in the world of the brand.

The space connects with the leitmotiv of AZUVI since it was founded: ceramics with high added value, attention to every detail and passion for design.

AZUVI has won the award for “Best Stand” at the CERSAIE 2023 international trade fair, an award organised by ADI, the prestigious Italian organisation, the Associazionne per il Disegno Industrialle. A jury of leading experts recognised AZUVI’s strong commitment to design, detail and the staging of ceramics in interior spaces.

The jury of the ADI awards was made up of Cecilia Bione, member of the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna, the architect Pierluigi Molteni and Wladimiro Bendandi, ADI representative for the EmiliaRomagna region.

Of “The Home of Ceramics” space, the jury emphasised that “every detail of the project has been carefully worked out, highlighting each ceramic piece on display and the brand’s identity”. “The visitor experiences a rich variety of experiences in a well-balanced dialogue between the interior and exterior,” it adds in the official report. Overall, “an elegant atmosphere is created that immerses the visitor in the world of AZUVI and its values”.

The new AZUVI stand, designed by the architect Pablo Alonso Nomdedéu, has created a space that embodies the essence of the brand on the occasion of the presentation of its new corporate identity, which combines innovation, quality, flexibility and an exceptional experience for visitors.

In the project, the geometry is fragmented and curved like an accordion to open up and generate different exhibition spaces. It is a fragmented approach that allows the ceramic pieces to be displayed while transporting us through a dynamic and unique atmosphere.

Two additional zones emerge from the geometry of the stand and become relationship areas for personalised customer service, and an outdoor common area allows visitors to relax and absorb the essence of the brand in an immersive and relaxed atmosphere.

The ADI Booth Design Awards, now in their 4th edition, aim to highlight the value of good design of ephemeral spaces and their conjunction with the company’s ceramics and brand, from among the more than 600 exhibitors present at the fair.

Thanks to this award, AZUVI’s stand will be shortlisted for the ADI Design Index 2023, the yearbook that brings together the best of Italian design. It will also be shortlisted for the Compasso d’Oro ADI award, one of the most important international awards.
